 9/2008 - Present:  Medical Director, Coastal Prestige Medical Services, Pismo Beach, CA.  Providing office primary care, office gynecology procedures to include endometrial biopsies, colposcopy, urodynamics, LEEP, and minor office surgery; for all age groups, including males, pediatrics, and geriatrics, specializing in pain management, addiction therapy, and bariatric medicine.

 6/2008 – 8/2008:  Staff OBGYN, Medical Mission Work to Reynolds Memorial Hospital in Washim, India.  Providing full range obgyn services, including deliveries, surgery, and teaching.  Unpaid staff sponsored by the Church of the Nazarene World Missions Organization.

 4/2004 – 9/2007:  Staff OBGYN and General Medical Officer, US Army, William Beaumont Army Medical Center, El Paso, TX.  Providing office primary care, office gynecology procedures to include endometrial biopsies, colposcopy, urodynamics, LEEP, and minor office surgery; for military members, retirees and their dependents; and performing medical screening for pre- and post-deployment of military, civilian contractor, FBI, CIA, and other government agencies deploying to and returning from Iraq and Afghanistan.

 9/2003 – 4/2004:  Trauma Surgeon and General Medical Officer, Supporting the Polish MultiNational Division, Babylon, IraqSole surgeon in field location, responsible for emergency trauma care for combat victims of all types, requiring stabilizing general and orthopedic surgery; providing medical expertise to the 21 countries providing soldiers to the MultiNational Force; support the Special Operations missions in the region; provide general medical care to allied soldiers.

 5/1980 – 9/2003: Lieutenant Colonel, US Army Medical Corps, Master Army Aviator, Aviation and Army Acquisition Corps. Over 23 years command and staff military and medical experience in combat and research and development organizations including:  Deputy Chief of Surgery, Performance Improvement and Patient Safety; Chief, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, William Beaumont Army Medical Center; Chief, Operations Division, Airworthiness Qualification Test Directorate (AQTD) of the US Army Aviation Technical Test Center, located at Edwards AFB, CA; Experimental Test Pilot and RAH-66 Comanche Project Officer, Edwards AFB, CA;  Attack Helicopter Company Commander, 3rd Infantry Division; Force Modernization Staff Officer; and Attack Helicopter Platoon Leader. Experience includes combat, major deployments, special operations; 5000+ hours flight (UH1H, AH1S, OH58, UH60A, U21A, MD500E, AH6N NOTAR, AH-64, RAH-66 Comanche Simulator), including Night Vision Goggles and experimental flight test.
